Liability Cap

You agree to defend and indemnify dns-89-0928 against claims arising from your actions in Rogue Master: Dice Hero.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dns-89-0928 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, and costs — including reasonable attorney's fees — from: (a) your Terms violations; (b) your Rogue Master: Dice Hero use; (c) your content; (d) your law violations.

Defense: dns-89-0928 reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any matter subject to your indemnification. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

We will promptly notify you of any claim subject to indemnification and work with you in good faith to resolve it fairly.

Handling Legal Disputes

This dispute resolution process applies to disagreements arising from these Terms or your use of Rogue Master: Dice Hero.

Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than court, where permitted by law. Arbitration is faster, less expensive, and more private than litigation.

Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or mass action lawsuit or arbitration against dns-89-0928.

This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief. Small claims court actions are also permitted where eligible.

Terminating Access

What Law Governs

This section specifies the governing law and jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms.

This Agreement is governed by applicable law in dns-89-0928's jurisdiction of incorporation, excluding its conflicts of law provisions.
